Women’s Total Body Workout

Ladies this is a fun and challenging full body athletic workout that includes cardio, strength, interval and core training, taught by an energetic and enthusiastic certified fitness instructor.  All equipment and sanitizers are provided.  All you need to bring is good footwear.  

Spring session starts Monday, April 11, 2022 to Thursday, June 2, 2022.

6:20-7:20pm in small hall


There will be no class on Thursday, April 14 due to a social that evening. There will be no class on Monday, May 23 (Victoria Day). 

Fees: $78.50 twice a week includes GST + $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee 

          $68.00 once a week includes GST + $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee
