Women’s Total Body Workout

This is a fun and challenging full body athletic workout that includes cardio, strength, interval and core training taught by a energetic and enthusiastic certified fitness instructor. All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is good footwear. 

Classes run every Monday and Thursday from 6:20 PM – 7:20 PM in the small hall starting Monday, April 17th to Thursday, June 1st

There will no class on the following date:  

Monday, May 22nd - Victoria Day

Come out and join us once or twice a week to get fit and have fun. 


$66.15 twice a week ** includes GST+ $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee            

$ 43.05 once a week ** includes GST + $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee
