Women’s Total Body Workout Spring 2026
This is a fun and challenging full body athletic workout including cardio, strength, interval, and core training taught by an energetic and enthusiastic Certified Fitness Instructor. All equipment is provided, all you need is good foot wear.
Classes run every Monday and Thursday from 6:20pm to 7:20pm in the large/small hall starting Monday April 6th to Monday June 8th. There is no class on Monday May 18th (Victoria Day).
Fees: ONCE per week $39.00 or TWICE per week $72.77 (both include GST and $5.00 Norwood CC Program fee).
