16+ Norwood Fitness Program

Norwood Bootcamp Fall Session 2020


Dates: September 7th to December 16th  Norwood Fitness Bootcamp Classes will run weekly on Monday and Wednesdays @ 8:30-9:30 pm and Cardio Boxing every second Thursday @ 8:30-9:30 pm.         

Monday - 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm   (Bootcamp, Circuit, HIIT, Cardio)        

Wednesday - 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Bootcamp, Glute Camp Circuit, HIIT,Cardio)        

Every 2nd Thursday - 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm   (Cardio Boxing) 

All fees include Norwood registration fee and all taxes. 

Due to Covid19, social distancing protocols will be in place and class size is limited to 16 participants. A limited number of spots are available, and registration will be capped at 25 members.
