Norwood Fitness Program

Norwood Fitness is a community focused program that provides a fun, safe, encouraging fitness environment. Our program was developed to achieve maximum results, regardless if you’re just starting out, or have a high level of fitness already. We offer excellent instruction and positive motivation. We always say the hardest part of your program is "getting off the couch and getting to class." Come and join the Norwood Family!

Classes are offered up to five times each week and include high-intensity interval training, yoga, boxing, circuit training, core and strength training. Please contact us if you’d like to come try a free class.
