This year Norwood Active Living and Learning (NALL) will be a 26 week program. 

The start date is Thursday, October 5 until Thursday, December 14 for the 2023 year. In 2024, we start up again on Thursday, January 11 and go until Thursday, April 25.  

The membership fee for the year is $50 per person. There is also a $5 dollar drop in fee option for non-members to be paid in person on the day of attending a particular session. 

NALL promotes health, wellness, education, community & connection. The program is open to adults of all ages with the majority of the participants being retirees given that NALL is held on Thursday afternoon from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM at Norwood Community Center. 

Coffee / tea/ water and snacks are provided.
