Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. It can increase your options and help you prepare responses to slow down, de-escalate, or interrupt an attack.

These seminars will provide you with concepts and skills designed to develop self-protection strategies to help you to defend yourself in a real situation. Program is designed to be adaptable to every age and ability and therefore, no previous training is required.
