Women’s Total Body Workout Spring Program 2024

This is a fun and challenging, full body, athletic workout that includes cardio, strength, interval, and core training, taught by an energetic, enthusiastic certified fitness instructor. All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is good footwear.

Classes run every Monday and Thursday from 6:20 PM to 7:20 PM in either the large or small hall starting Monday, April 1 to Thursday, June 6.

There will be no class on Monday, May 20 -Victoria Day

Come out and join us once or twice a week to get fit and have fun. 

Fees: $81.90 for twice a week ** includes GST + $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee
