Women’s Total Body Workout Fall Program 2023

2 classes per week


This is a fun and challenging, full body, athletic workout that includes cardio, strength, interval and core training. Classes are taught by energetic and enthusiastic certified fitness instructor. All equipment is provided, so all you need to bring is good footwear. 

Classes are every Monday and Thursday from 6:20 PM - 7:20 PM starting Monday, September 11, 2023 to Monday, December 4, 2023 in either the large or small hall.

There will be no class on Thanksgiving, Monday, October 9.

Come out and join us twice a week to get fit and have fun.

Fees:$110.25 twice a week **includes GST + $5.00 Norwood CC Program Fee
